Service was better then my last application. They seem to have a system going that helps the flow of the application process.

You cant get through to the office landline.My dad was there a month ago and was encouraged to receive his monthly pension in his bank account. We filled in the forms at the bank took it back and said that the documents will be processed by the Friday. This morning his money was not paid into his account.

I was at SASSA Atlone and wasn't happy with the way I served. Yesterday I came to ask for a confirmation letter for my son's school and I was told by the inquiry to come today for grand review with my son and I was there with all the documents I was told to bring today. I was there since 8h00, and I was served at 15h00. With all the waiting, the lady rudely told me that they couldn't help me because I am at the wrong branch for review. I was so upset, couldn't they tell me that yesterday.

I was at Sassa Athlone this morning and I was astonished by the behaviour of an employee towards an elderly lady. This employee was waiving her hand infront of her face demanding her to keep quiet. The elderly was not understanding what the receptionist was trying to tell her. The receptionist went and got another lady to try and assist but oh my word this employee had so much attitude standing with her hands on her side and shouting on the top of her voice to this elderly infront of the entire hall. Besides having to stand in long endless queues people have to deal with rudeness of staff. This staff member needs to place through a disciplinary action for how she dealt with this elderly lady. Rating should be 0

I am at Athlone Sassa office since 5.45am this morning. The office opens at 7.30am. There is this LADY Charlene who started work at around 6.20am. She started sorting out the people in 2 lots , pensioners and disability. She started allocating numbers ro every person in the queue. She the let the people into the reception area as it was pretty cold outside. She then captured everyone's ID'S onto the computer. By 7.30 am we were all waiting our turn to be called by the official's. This is excellent service. Thank u Charlene. We need more people like u in this world.

Horrible, Prepare yourself when going to have patience to sit outside all day, be there very early 4am to 5am for latest because they only help certain amount of people a dayMake sure all your documents is certified an have affidavits for certain documents, proof of address, when going for the first time mention your history an ask them all details an what documents needs certified an affidavits because not all the information is on the page they give you, so you save yourself from going back every time because this is a huge frustration an problem for people having to return everytimeTry to Stay in the line, if you want to go somewhere mention to the person infront or back of you that you will be back or sitting elsewhere to avoid arguments and loosing your spotBring food an something to drink with you, sun protectors an blankets or dress warm jn the mornings an a chair as there is enough chairs for everyoneThe toilets opposite sassa is clean the cleaners there make sure to keep it cleanLately patience tolerance will define be needed

Very bad service ..they don't worry about the people an a very bad system they have people come early morning just to turn around hours later ..one-day they take 70 the next 40 but the staff is more than the day of 70 very bad I'm disgusted in there system

Extremely bad service. I was there at 6.50am. Stood in the que. Was given a number 79. AT 3.50 PM they came out and say sorry we can't attend to you . Come back 2 days later. Over 90 people in the que. Only 16 chairs available. Stood the hole day on my feet. Nothing to eat or drink. The worst experience I had.

The security guard by the name of Innocent is the most rude person I've had the displeasure of meeting one should acknowledge him as the most high in the building before you can proceed to the reception to ask the most simple question. He has a napoleon complex I'm not the only one to have experienced this because as I was standing next him he was being rude towards other people too.

I didn't expect the type of services I received from the Langs sub-branch at all. THANK YOU guys you are amazing! Friendly faces, helpful and always there to guide those of us who are confused. THANK YOU for always going beyond the call of duty. I've been there a few times, to no fault of your office, even though I just went there to help other people, I've noticed all of your Qualities, Good and Bad. Yes, there is a few lines to be straighten out, but it comes with the job as no job is perfect. But you guys are great taking it all in your stride!! Special THANKS to Celeste for always being and starting the process earlier than what you are supposed to, even in the dead cold winter.
