Super friendly family business. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I always get my shoes fixed, polished and keys cut here. Very reliable longstanding business.

Dirty and poorly run hole in the wall. Customer service was absolutely appalling. I left a pair of boots that needed new zips on the 17th JULY and was told they’d send me an sms when they’re done. Didn’t hear from them. I went to check several times for weeks and was met with different EXCUSES like employees not showing up for work etc. When I went to fetch my shoes on 1st SEPTEMBER I was told I’d need to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS because the one zip was LOST! I said this was UNACCEPTABLE and I’d been very patient. They rummaged through a dusty pile and threw my shoes back at me with the zips unsewn. COMPLETE MESS. I WAS CHASED OUT WITH CURSES. Don’t waste your time down this rat hole.

Worst service ever! This place is a disaster. Took a bag in to have a zip put in. Took about a month for them to do and was then quoted R850. For a zip! When I saw the workmanship I told them to undo everything and just give me the bag back - it was absolutely shockingly badly done! Collected the bag once everything had been undone to find they had glued in the removable panels and the bag was now full of holes and covered in glue. Completely ruined the bag. I’m furious! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

I was made promises they were unable to deliver on for my bag repair. It resulted in me buying a new luggage bag because they took so long to NOT fix my bag and I ran out of time to take it elsewhere. Rude. Unprofessional.
