The worst service center.1. The landline on the Google page does not work.2. There is no Landline Number on the website, there is a cellphone which you will be lucky if someone even answers it.3. I booked my car in for a service and no one called me to inform me that my car was ready for collection, I had to continously call with the hope that someone will answer to be told my car is complete. Yet no one informed me and this was at 4pm, they close at 5pm.4. Upon collection of my car I was informed that they" have found no service book in my car. They proceeded to bring me a pouch to show me there was no service Book. Yet I know for a fact that my service book was in my car and it was therefore misplaced by them. After much arguments I asked them to give me a new book and verify service history only to find out that the previous service that I did at the same service centre was not captured anywhere. Yet all the services that I had done at other service centers were loaded. Now I sit with two problems a lost service book with all history and an incomplete service history because they didn't load the previous one. I requested them to look through all their hard copy archives to find my previous job card for my vehicle and update the system accordingly.Only to find my actual service book in my car untouched

Took my brand new Jolion for its first service here. It had zero problems until I brought it here for a service. Stay away! Picked my car up this week and found that the entire aircon system is broken and not working. Instead of servicing your car, they literally break your car.

No service, don't care about you vehicle. They had to get a part for my H5, told me it would take 12 weeks. In this time my H5 was at the dealership. I phoned them 12 week later just to find out they ordered the wrong part. I then got the part fixed myself. After 14 weeks I went to get my car. They never took the battery off the car thus I had to replace that as well. When I asked the services manager he told me that they did take the battery off but the mechanic told me that it was never taken off. Save yourself lots of time, headaches and money. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! rather go to any other Haval, even if it costs you extra to get an Uber there and back, that cost will be a small price to pay to avoid possibly the worst car service you'll ever get.Took my car in late December for a 45000km service, I was not told my front breaks could have used a change, ontop of that to this day I have not received the job card after my service. I was told day of service that there was a computer issue and my job card would be emailed to me, and this has not happened, Despite calling customer care, sharing my experience, following up with them multiple times....What must I do to get my job card????

I've interacted with Haval Northcliff on several occasions.Potential purchase:I successfully did 2 test drives after booking for it. No issues - I explored the vehicles. When I wanted to buy a vehicle I was told about a 6 months waiting list (which I quickly found out was a normal for the chosen car in Gauteng). Godfrey started becoming unresponsive to my queries and would respond days or a week later.The poor service was so frustrating that i had to go to Tshwane Hatfield to shop. I ended getting the vehicle and Godfrey contacted me 5 months later to follow up...Service:Booking and taking my car for a service went well. But it being a small dealership they had one double cab bakkie they used to drop off clients. I had to sit at the back like goods, which I didn't mind at the time cause I was dressed casually.Advice: up your game. Take the staff for training on customer service and professionalism. Its the thing that can make/break a business.

Horrible horrible service and maintenance. I booked for service and they didn’t have a machine to reset your car to full service but they still did the service. I asked for a quote to fix my tail light, still waiting on it. The service from the dealership has led me to never recommend this car to any of my friends and family. Customer service is not their top priority.

Extremely poor service. I have been a loyal customer for several years at this dealership but the service I've had since 2022 has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We ordered and paid for speedometer gears in October 2022 and after countless of excuses (part manager replaced, part misplaced, relocation of warehouse), we still do not have the parts 6 months later. We have to keep following up with no initiative or concern on their part. The standard of service has clearly lagged after the brand gained popularity. Not acceptable.
