I had a complained, but due to security reasons prefer not to disclose the nature of it.I phoned Stoney's in Oliver Thambo and explain my problem to Quinten, the manager. He promised to get back to me, which he did. He solved my problem in a manner that made me feel guilty. Thanks Quinten, best customer service EVER!!
