Bae and I had a great time. Staff lady was so friendly and helpful, but rag used the table should be rechecked as the lady next to me also got a wiff of the awful smell.

Decided to try out Mochachos at Greenstone Mall. Waited 40 minutes for my order. It was one meal and patrons that came after me were served before me. When I had placed my order, it was 45 minutes before closing time, nevertheless the cashier made me aware that I won't be allowed to be eat inside and I understood. Eventually, I received my meal. Meat was rock hard as if it had been prepared much earlier and that they were trying to get rid of leftovers. It was also quite dry, close to the burnt side. I placed a chip alongside the chicken breast to indicate how paper thin this piece of meat was. Not worth your money

08/05/2023Ordered a Schawama meal together with a chicken strips and chips meal. I received 5 strips instead of 6. The strips were very small and dry, and didn’t need further inspection to deduce that they were stale. Wake Up Machachos!

I ordered the double deal with 2 burgers and 2 Chips but only received the burgers and no chips. When I called the store they could not give me a delivery time for the chips even tho this was an error on their end. Very disappointing service

We ordered 6 portions of the chicken strips and chips- it was so terrible none of us ate our food. The chicken strips are dry and tasteless and the chips as well. I've never had such bad tasting mochachos before- please send your staff and management for training again the food is horrible and definitely not up to mochachos standards- very very sad!

Dear Mochachoes Management,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. We waited for an excessive 40 minutes for our order, while neighboring tables were served promptly. The food arrived cold and lacked the advertised ingredients (the burrito was missing guacamole even though it is advertised to include it), leaving us unsatisfied. Additionally, we were not provided with basic dining essentials such as cutlery and serviettes. The chaotic environment caused by trolleys left beside tables made it difficult for customers and staff to navigate, resulting in frequent collisions (How is someone in a wheelchair supposed to eat here?)Our drink order was incorrect, and the unhelpful demeanor of the staff further added to our frustration.My experience at Mochachoes fell far below expectations, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously. It is crucial to address these shortcomings and prioritize quality service and attention to detail. Improving in these areas will ensure a better experience for future patrons.

Visited the restaurant/takeaway on the 28/11/2022.Worst experience ever from a Mochachos franchise.1. Food was late2. Order made incorrectly3. Staff service not good.4. Seating area not cleaned after use.There is a lot of improvement that needs to be done.There is a better Mochachos about 5 minutes away and has a better experience to offer.

As much as I hate posting a bad review, this was a must. Actually sat in the restaurant and did this review.Situated inside Greenstone Mall, this must be one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been too. It's Sunday and lunch time, floors are dirty, tables filthy...wow...even the wallpaper is falling off, just a lack of service.For this establishment to be in a mall and have such a bad atmosphere is shocking. Only ordered 4 burgers and chips, arrived cold 20 minutes later. At least the chips were hot.Specifically said no tomatoe, guess what the burgers came with...Order hot, got mild.No wonder you see this establishment empty most days.Hope management can turn this around, you're brining down a good name!
