A place of peace and tranquility. The place it's so clean just that the TV on the main dining was not functioning. But despite that it's a place I can go back to.

Beautiful surroundings. Very neat and clean rooms. Awesome management supportive of customers requirements.CBI Electric really appreciate this fantastic guesthouse

The log cabins are close to the street and noisy no aircon definitely not worth 4 starsBfast are flavor full but bit pricey if you take only the English breakfastThe other rooms are fair with aircon

Wonderful attention to detail! Great thought put into making your stay as comfortable as possible. We were kindly taken to the three other locations as we are up quite often and wanted to see what else was available. We were very impressed with what was offered. I loved the decor. Only one complaint....it was freezing and we were at the Palms. The rooms are lovely and warm with wall heaters and air-conditioning but while they are being cleaned there was nowhere warm to sit. No fireplace unfortunately but I did have use of a blanket. My linen was changed after 3 days and we had clean,dry towels every day. Staff are well supervised and very pleasant.

Donald and the Ladies, you were perfect! We returned to Namibia with smiles on our face. Rooms were perfect, staff uber friendly. Pool and braai facilities rocked and your 65meg line kept our kids happy... we shall return..

Very nice and friendly welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful.Our stay was great and relaxing. We did book at the Flower box but stayed at The Palms due to renovations at the Flower box, was no problem and not too far from The Flower box and was still nice outing and close to shops. They kept us up to date via WhatsApp before we booked in and even send us the exact location. Great service!

Donald is amazing! Always makes our stay very pleasant. We use them every time we travel to jhb. Highly recommend.

Used them on several occasions and was happy with the service until the last time we used them. There was a mess up with one of our bookings, staff could not deal with the problem, and then after my stay, when I addressed the matter to the owner, he was rude and seemed not to care. Such a shame.Response to your reply : I really hope people read this and see your passive aggressive response. Blaming me for the booking, really telling me I am incompetent. Wow that is really good customer feedback. I am glad you have done this publicly so that everyone can see your true colours ! Your staff even admitted that other customers have had the same issues with that particular bookings portal, yet you tell me I am incompetent ! Advertising a room as Luxury" when you don't supply air conditioning surely is a contradiction in terms ? Why even bother to apologies if all you are going to do is be aggressive and defensive. Your customer skills need a lot of work ! Surely offering vegetarian meals is a standard

We had a birthday celebration and booked an overnight stay in Summer Garden.We were not disappointed.The staff were all friendly and helpful , the room very clean and comfortable with everything we could have wanted in it, with one exception. Please Summer Garden, as a woman, I found it difficult to put make-up on as there is no appropriate light/mirror combination.The breakfast the next morning was amazing, and wr ate far too much!Would I recommend the guest house, without hesitation.
