The club is beautiful. The people too. The booking system at Montana is flexible. Works for my busy schedule. AND they have Nespresso coffee, cool clean showers stocked with shower gel, towels and even deodorant in case u fgt urs. I love it

Bodytec truly works. After multiple surgeries my body was weak and had lost a bit of balance. But 2 sessions of the 20min EMS, I was so amazed at how I am able to balance my body without holding on to anything but my core. As a Bodyweight and Flexibility specialist. I can't find a better cross training for my overall health and fitness goals. Bodytec are the Original EMS providers of South Africa. I've tried a few of the different technologies and it's evident that if it doesn't say Miha Bodytec you're wasting your time and money. Challenge yourself. Once a week 20minutes. Anyone who thinks they too tough for this has an awfully humbling experience ahead of them. This team at Montana are superb.

I love these guys. They are very friendly, you might feel a bit weird when in the clothes and suits BUT they always make it so comfortable that you totally forget to feel weird.They are also very accommodating when it comes to your personal tastes, like for me, I like rock so we workout with that type of music. If I feel a bit lazy they work me harder, and boy do you feel better after, or even when you need a break, they look after you and make sure you get water in.I have tried EVERYTHING (almost) but this is by far the best I’ve ever had when it comes to exercise. I’ve even gotten my mom to join a club near her.Thanks for doing such an amazing jobElané
