With a load of initial doubt I reached out to GoRentals during the holiday season to assist me with equipment for a rapid expansion during the festive period. The service and efficiency I received was completely unprecedented. Erickson and the team, worked so efficiently and speedily and far surpassed my expectations.Definitely becoming a long term client.

Truly awful service. It took constant calling and emails to get a quote. Talked to multiple people for it. Then they sent me the incorrect quote and when I finally explained my issue with the incorrect quote they had sent (wrong address, times, equipment) they said they had changed it because of stock and added over R2000 in fees which they had claimed were nominal. Ended up cancelling my entire order because the sales rep was not answering any of my questions correctly. Overall, a complete waste of time.

Horrible experience. Once they have your money and deposit (which is a different complaint, R 12,000.00 deposit for a R 1,000.00 rental? Because that makes total sense). You do not hear back from them that funds were received in good order. Collecting the equipment was a mission as there is no formal reception and just dodgy looking shutter doors (which sometimes dont even open). Dropping off the equipment I was told it has to be back by 9am, I was there at 9am, yet took another 45 min for them to actually check the items back into their system and issue me with the paper work. I mean come on, it was 3x ipads, how difficult could that be.And then the most frustrating and horrendous part yet, getting my R 12,000.00 refund (which I am still currently waiting for as I write this review). They state 7-10 business days to refund, which I waited. Still nothing. Stacey just kept saying It's loaded on the system" yet cannot give me a date or proof that it was loaded. Only once I threatened with social media did she bother to provide any proof. But no

Great service, willing to help you out with special circumstances. Equipment presented as if brand new and truly ready to use, plug-and-play.
