I have been with Fitmom100 for a little over a year now, and the results are incredible! I feel stronger, fitter and happier with my body than I've been my whole life, and this after having 2 babies. Bianca taught me to enjoy exercise (which I NEVER did) and to love my body's ability to actually do the exercises. The Fitmom studio is not a cold, impersonal gym. It is a place where you will meet like-minded women, other moms with similar worries and issues. A safe space where your physical, emotional and spiritual cup will be filled. If you want to work hard, sweat and push yourself, this is the right place. If you have never exercised, but feel the need to start somewhere, this is the right place. If you need 60 minutes of me-time to recharge and feel ready to face the world again, this is the place!
