I bought a voucher for wheel alignment. They only did half a job, saying it was front wheels only. If this is the way they do business, I won't trust them in the future.

So I purchased a Hyperli voucher for an alignment, but the report shows specs exactly the same as before? Am I missing something? Was it just to report on and not fix anything?

Had an appointment which I made for 930am...on arrival no one present . No one helpful and when I called the person which I had app with he did not answer then switched off fone. Had arranged for someone to collect me as I needed to leave vehicle for assessment. At this point no one booked in my car or helped . Decided to not leave vehicle behind as I didn't trust the feeling .... pathetic.

I had to take a friend's car in to have a oil leak on the front diff checked out. The suggestion was made that I go to 5th Avenue Motors. Man, was I glad that I did. Most, if not all of us, stress when something goes wrong with our cars. The cost involved, will they be honest, how long will it take and just how good and trustworthy is the workmanship. These guys had it all. Friendly, professional, honest, quick and absolutely reasonable on your pocket. They were honest enough to tell me that it was simply a loose sump plug. We tightened it

I am completely pleased by thime car wash I had my first experience with them last year and I dont use any other car wash now. I had another appointment after my car wash and when I told the lady that I only had 20min to wash my car she was so good and the people who washed my car reassured me that I will get my car in 20 min i am so please...always friendly, always professional...and my kid loves the machine wash lol.

I have only used the car wash and have found this to be good value for money. The wash and go is R30 while the top of the wash clean and vacuum is about R150. All good value for money. Only problem is it is a long process

My car went in for a service on Monday 11 October 2021. When I got home, my dad took a look under the bonnet and immediately saw that the engine cover wasn't on. The next morning my dad called and spoke to Chad who told him that there wasn't a cover on. My dad then went there to get the printout of the diagnostics test, as that wasn't given when the car was collected, he asked to speak to the boss, but he wasn't in. Chad told my dad that my dad must get the part number of the engine cover and take it up with the boss. On Wednesday, my dad called and spoke to the boss, Ivor, who told my dad that he will check the video and get back to my dad. This morning (Friday) my dad called me with feedback from Ivor... The cameras conveniently only went on at 9:25 and by that time they had already started working on the car and he believes his guys when they say that there was no engine cover on. They were also supposed to check why when the heater is on, the car doesn't heat up. They checked it and apparently there's nothing wrong with it, it works fine, but yet there's no hot air coming out, so clearly it's not fine. I'm not sure if this is just the type of service they give or if it's because I had a voucher.

5th Avenue Motors is a breath of fresh air in the wheel alignment and motor mechanic repair industry. Great services guys. Well done to Ivor and the team.

Wheel alignment done as per my request, car is driving in a straight line, not like other workshops where you have to go back as steering is sometimes set off center.
