I had a problem with the electrical switch on the municipal pole outside my house, i phoned every listed telephome number over a period of two days and nobody answers. Service is not bad it is non existant.

It's hopeless.None of the phone numbers work.Emails are not responded to.The staff is rude and dismissive at the offices.Electrical supply is often wrongfully disconnected despite paying rates. The. They take an eternity to reconnect.Portholes everywhere.Leaks everywhere.Refuse not being collected.Reporting anything is useless.It's beyond hopeless. We're worse off than being on our own.This rating is here to make you feel better. You're not the only one going through the bad service delivery in this municipality.

Don't even try to call this people, they are the one who give black people bad names, to test them, just call them and see if they will even try to answer, very poor service, they don't deserve to serve people, they want tjotjo.

1 star is to high a rating. For the past 2.5 years I only got a single water and electricity bill. I've tried several times to get them to send it to me by email to me. Without any success. Extreeeeeemely poor service.

I have never experience such a useless service .So useless. The office phones are just ringing no one answers, you go to the office the system is offline. Emfuleni is so useless, I does not serve us niks niks niks... FOKOL .So DISSAPOINTED!!! I do not even know why do i give them a STAR , the definately not deserve it. So much Frastration though!!!! Yhooooo.
