Only dealt with the spares department. They can be very slow. I went there to order a part. They were offline. They took my details and promised to have it the next day or two. That never happened. They forgot to order it. Had to make two further trips before it was sorted.

Good customer service I would totally recommend dealing with them.

This place is like a play ground. The stuff here is so rude to customer I wonder how this business makes money because wow the treatment here is unacceptable. I have been here for more then 4 times to service my car but the treatment is very bad. I will never ever again bring my car here Midrand nissan.iam very disappointed with the service. Especially from the service department.

Horrible and rude experience from Alex. I phoned in for a car and asked if I could get more information. Alex said that he would get back to me. After 3 days he had not called, and I had phoned him. He said he was busy and their are more important" customers than me. He then made snarky comments on if I could even afford the double cab.It's a shame that these comments were made on a call to his personal line and not recorded.Appauling and unprofessional service."

If you own a Nissan and you reside in Joburg or in surrounding areas, I'd recommend you service your vehicle at Nissan Midrand. The staff there is friendly. Every time my car is due for service, I drive from Joburg south to Midrand, customer service there is better according to my experience I must say.

We booked for service yesterday on the 12/01/2023, everything went well over the phone.Then come the day of the service we left the car service was done was phoned that service is done and the driver will come and fetch me. I then Urber there and had to wait for over an hour due to paper work while am at work. The lady advised me that she only phoned me to tell me service is done but not the whole process. Time is essence especially when you are in a customer experience, the lady just shifted the blame and placed it on the service.I will never set my foot here ever again for service, it was my first time bringing the car here for service and certainly the last.
