I have been paying Legal Wise for over 20 years and never had to use them. I used them recently and was very disappointed. They were only prepared to do legal letters and then referred me to the small claims court because my case was to small for them. Why am I paying them if I need to go somewhere else to be assisted. Very unhappy.

The lady at reception was warm and welcoming . I didn't have an appointment. She explained to me , in professional manner , since I dont have an appointment I will speak to a consultant via red phone for advise. She ask me to follow her and I was assisted.

I was helped today by Joice. She greeted us with a smile. She checked my documents, scanned them checked them and e- mailed them for me. The other staff greeted everyone when they walked in or out. What a pleasure. This branch is warm and friendly. So worth the drive to them. Thank you.

I have been a member of Legal Wise for 8 years and are very disappointed in the service. I have tried to use them on three different occasions and every time with no satisfaction. I feel payments made over the 8 years was a waste of money. I will now advertise on social media and advise people not to join Legal Wise. It is a sad day when the people that are suppose to assist steals your money.
