I usually do not leave comment but need to comment on this business. My experience with most organizations is that if things goes well then you believe that organization is the best, but it's only when there is an issue that you really start knowing the true nature of a organization \ business. This is where I need and must compliment the staff at Driveshaft and Power Steering Center. I took my Nissan Xtrail in for an issue on the Power Steering module with the hydraulic line leaking. A repair was done but after driving the car for a while and the fluid getting hot there was something that just did not sound correct. I phoned the business and was very pleasantly surprised with the staffs friendly response and asking me to bring the car back for them to look at. It is not always that a business stand by their warranty, my experience with this business was a great experience where the staff honored their warranty and did their best to resolve the issue. Thank you gentlemen for a great experience and assisting me in getting my car back on the road.

Asked a fair price for work done. I was satisfied with the work done when reconditioning the proshaft on my 2004 Hilux 4x4. I would use them again without hesitation if the need arises.

Excellent service and very fair on pricing. They also call in advance to notify you if they're running behind schedule. I've taken my cars to them twice now and both times I've been very happy.

Very helpful and efficient service, well priced, and they appear to do all the right things; BUT .... I have concerns about (a) the way in which they treat CV joints when removing them for inspection and (b) the quality of parts they fit - not so much the major parts like the CV joints themselves, but silly stuff like the CV joint boots (that are actually really critical).I took my car here in June 2018 to have the CV joints and boots inspected and a minor suspension/steering issue fixed at the same time. There was no specific problem with the CV joints or boots but the car had done over 175,000km so it was time to have a look. They sourced replacement inner and outer joints (Borg & Beck) in case mine needed to be replaced. Both inner and outer joints looked OK but they recommended replacement anyway - maybe I got taken for a ride here, maybe not. But from the way the workshop staff butchered the splined ends of the original joint shafts, there was no way they could've gone back anyway (see pics).The real problem : they re-used the original VW outer joint boots and replaced the inner boots with some other inferior quality ones. The left inner boot split 6 months later after just 4,000km, creating risk of grease loss and contamination. They replaced it free of charge. They advertise CV joint boots made of Du Pont's 'Hytrel' (the Rolls-Royce of materials for CV boots), but when I enquired they said they couldn't get them.The left inner boot split again in December 2020, 2 years and 20,000km later - now out of warranty and they quoted me another couple of grand to fix - no thanks!The original old VW outer boots that they re-used are still doing fine.Hopefully the replacement CV joints themselves will be alright - the Borg&Beck stuff seems OK, though Borg&Beck have subsequently stopped making CV joints.The parts they sourced for the steering fix (tie-rods) were some obscure brand (ap" ?) and also not great quality - after 20
