Turbo Repair Master

Thank you to Ayesha and her team for awesome service and a very quick turnaround time of just a day, when I expected to be without my car for at least three days! Initially the plan was to recondition my turbo, but she decided to do a straight swap, at no extra cost! I must commend Ayesha on her friendly manner in which she communicated with me and getting back to me on my queries via WhatsApp. I have been in the service industry my whole life and when usually working with people in the automotive industry, you end up hating the customer service you get. Not with Turbo Repair Master! I will be singing your praises for years to come!

Service excellence guaranteed!I required servicing for certain vehicle maintenance and was promptly & efficiently assisted within the same day. The associated dealership from where the parts were ordered, were delivered within the hour! This obviously stems from the good long standing relationship the Turbo Repair Masters Team have with their business partners. Shocking. My car stood there for 4 days while I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. No mechanics, no communication and a whole host of other excuses. After 4 days I eventually got some overly complicated answer and apparently they needed extra investigation on the vehicle. I told them to stop and went to collect it there and then as it was complete shambles there. When I arrived another lady with her baby on her back also arrived to collect her car. The car wasn't even close to being ready. When she told them that she was there to collect the vehicle the one mechanic actually laughed. I believe this used to be THE turbo repair place in Cape Town. Something has changed. Id rather pay the agents double but at least you have peace of mind.

Good work and honesty did damage my bonnet cable but It can happen with eany one. Just not happy with leaving my Bakie dirty where they worked hand marks all over

Good honest service and turbo repair. A lovely atmosphere of a family business rarely found. We had a good result from their friendly staff. Highly recommended.Be careful not to confuse them with Auto turbo master nearby on a corner with yellow signage. They are not genuine and are rip off artists.

My biggest disappointment is that there is no function to give them a 10 STAR rating. My experience with the team was beyond my expectation. Communication of status on my repair was on point at all times. The team sorted out my issue at reasonable affordable rate that I could afford. The workmanship was done in a professional manner. I highly recommend their services.

Terrible service was told my car will be checked and it stood 2 days and nothing was done and no one seem to care

This place will rob you. You car will stand in the same place for days, when you arrive to pick it up they’ll say they fixed the issue and charge you. Once you drive it , you’ll notice the same issues that you sent the car in with to get fixed in the first place.Criminals. Shameless muslims. Who don’t care about how hard people work for their money.
