If you need industrial fans and air systems, you can't go wrong with CFW. They have the most experience in the business, and their engineering is exceptional.

I specified the fan that I need and the purpose thereof + the size of the room it needs to extract, etc Bought the fan they suggested. The fan they supplied was completely wrong. I then phoned them & explained the situation. They advised me to simply swap two wires around & it would work. Did the swap, still no luck. Then I received a phone call from CFW that stated that I can't swap the wires, it won't work and that I might loose my warranty.I told them they need to come and fetch the fan & replace it with a suitable fan. Senior management then said, no, I must arrange for delivery myself.I delivered the fan at my own cost & asked for credit so that I can buy the correct fan. I still haven't received an email or a phone call.The sales staff that I dealt with is incompetent I don't know the simplest of technical aspects about the product.Communication is extremely poor & you have to follow up several times to get an answer.

14:30 My fan broke down. Took it to Parow branch.17:15.The Fan was fixed and back at my warehouse.Thank you Donovan and your team for excellent service!!!!
