The one by 216Fox street...bad service ...the building is dirty.. lifts are always not working ..one time l got stuck with a 2year old and my mom who has high blood for almost 3hours..the caretaker couldn't care less..the security are very rude...the rent is expensive..the water charges are very ridiculous...this company is a scam

Terrible company, terrible management, epic fail on providing the most basic service. Quick on taking your money but very slow at fixing problems.I don't think they understand the concept of providing accommodation and what that entails.AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Very poor management from Thandi in Pritchard and Troy FINE ART HOUSEPaid my rentals on the 2 of September but still today not confirmed no electricity in my apartment that's why people are leaving the building and the security are unprofessional especially the afternoon one .....

The standard is going down. There's too much corruption in most of the buildings. Some tenants stay for free while others are overcharged to compensate for those not paying. Very bad service

I stay at kings norton flat they installed some solar panels which are now affecting my roof as it has a crack which is leaking when it rains they are not willing to fix as no one has come back to me with a solution lm willing to take the legal route if it will get their attention

I stay at one of their flat named Torch Ties at commissioner Street Johannesburg,,,we found our accessories,clothes and other belongings stolen,the thief unlocked the door ,stole and lock again when going,,,which means it is the flats master key that opened,,,zahavi steals from its tanants. And they say they can't take responsibility for that eventhough we pay security charges every month .. I just wonder who will be the next victim Torch Ties tenants.
