Visited the store 28/08/2022 sales assistant I think her name was Prescious gave us fantastic service....then the most unfriendly cashier and some other ladies made the visit to your store unpleasant...we bought a bag was joking about it costing R4 cashier put it on the counter and this lady stabbed on it with her red pen as she walked pass...I mean why it's just crazy if I was not desperate too buy the item I needed as I could not find my size any other store I would have left it just because of some crazy action from what looked like a senior staff member

This store has a great selection of good clothing for people under 50. It's a shame to say that for the older generation of 50 and older it becomes a problem.Another major problem that arises which is more and more hinted at this moment that matters the most is about the air-conditioning is an absolute disgrace. Everyone is all too aware that load shedding is a common problem. But please use it when the power is on. There's a limit for everything.One more thing :Ugly skirts ( not everyone's cup of tea.)Paterns on blouses,T shirts to busy ( overdone )Some material that are so delicate it is ruined after the first wash.

The most horrible online service ever. Trying to phone the branch and there is just no answer. Between Canal Walk and the Customer Service Department I constantly receive different stories to why my order has not been delivered yet. I will advise anyone to NOT PURCHASE FROM MILADYS. I am stunned at the lack of customer service or care and this in our economic state where every purchase matters. I will gladly support all competitors but Miladys will not see me again.

The most SHOCKING SHOCKING online delivery and horrendous service! Over a month wait for an order. Lost the package and then assured me it was at the branch on Monday, have been every day to collect and it and still nothing. Then I get told I must drive to another branch to collect it or it will only arrive after Friday. WHAT IS THIS SERVICE? Will never order online ever again. You don't deserve the 1 star.
