Terrible job. Took forever, polish bubbled, nails weren't even filed down to the same lengths, cuticles bled and was treated as if I wasn't even there, completely ignored. One star rating is being generous.

My husband and I went to have pedicures today, we were both so impressed with the care and service we received.The salon was very clean, the equipment was sterilized and the ladies who did our pedicures were both professional and friendly.We highly recommended Perfect 10 Gateway.We will be back for absolute sure.

Excellent service from the two young nail technicians who attended to me. Friendly kind and skilled. Thank you for awesome service. I was disappointed at the one lady who bossed one of the technicians to clean up despite her being busy with my nails. That was unprofessional and it isnt kind to treat your fellow workers that way.

Walked in to the an hour before closure for a sock off. Was told I could not be assisted, the ladies made funny faces to each other before responding to me. There was only 1 customer in the shop. Felt unwanted and I felt.Interestingly enough The Nail Factory was packed but took me in 20 minutes before closure and assisted me.

Stunning acrylic nails that lasted 3 whole weeks of washing up, laundry, showers, wear and tear and much much more! Highly recommend. Friendly staff and always professional.

Had my eye brows, upper lip & chin waxed. The lady that did the waxing was Chantel. She was very professional & did an excellent job. Her eyebrows were perfect which I did point out to her.However, when I went into the spa/salon to make the appointment a guy with curly hair barely greated me but suggested I do my hair with him. Honestly he looked like he needed a haircut.The price for my facial was quite expensive but a salon based in Gateway is expected so.

My favorite Perfect 10! All the ladies here are lovely and make you feel so at home. The set up of the shop is great with nice sized rooms, spacious work stations for manicures and super comfy chairs for pedicures!!
