We stood in the drive through no one was helping, after 6min of waiting even pressing the bell a lady came and said they are not operational, no power but the drive through was open.

Food was not great, waited more then 25 min for my order and poor comms from staff... KFC is dropping the ball lately and some staff training might address the issues.

It says open 24 hrs but 11:00 am in the morning it is still closed. Honestly wth is going? This is the 5th literally I’ve rocked up here and its closed. Just close permanently please. We are all tired of you. Go away whoever owns KFC Gift Acres. Hamba!

I am so disappointed and disgusted by the service at this place, I ordered thighs and I got thighs on both packages. Be advised to check your meal before leaving. The coldrinks were leaking, had to ask that they wipe it. I'm not going back there and won't recommend it to others. Bored!!

This is actually sad. This kfc closes with loadshedding but, even when the power comes back on they stay closed for another hour to prepare… currently 18:46. Power came on at 18:00. The notice on the door says they will only open at 7. In the 10 minutes that I have been here there has been 10 cars maybe more. Who stopped here turned around and tried an alternative option. Unfortunately I now know that even after the power comes back on, I cant guarantee that they will be open. In future I will just find alternative options. Just sad. Kfc you are losing bussiness, choosing to, even when the power is back on.

Was in drive thru. Later employee came to inform that speedpoint not working. So left without ordering. Said could go inside but speedpoints not working and don't have cash on me. Why not came earlier and said not working as service was very slow

I ordered 4 sweet chilli twisters. These seemed to have been made days before as the lettuce was brown, the tomato was borderline off and the wraps were brittle and cracking. I couldn't help notice that the sticker on the side of the wrap where the Made and Sell by date are meant to be written, were left out. I don't think I will be returning to this KFC any time soon.
