Once again PG Galss Edenvale open between the Xmas period and the new year period. Great going guys you there for us when we need you.This branch supplies both vehicle and home glass. I was referred to #pgglassedenvale by #pgglassmidrand. @PGGlassEdenvale, thabk you to the gentleman who advised me on the toughened glass for shower doors. Although I knew little on the 5mm toughened glass versus the 6.3mm available.I left extremely knowledgeable and prepared to await to wait until the furnaces and suppliers open for the toughened glass.@PGGlass on the whole great service all round team and super amazing smiles all round. 5 rating from me for your teams working through a period of what I call service while we all home enjoying a break.Real service heroes indeed

Got to reception, greeted and no one replied, asked for a quotation to change my windscreen, they said their emails are down, long story short, terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Attended PG Glass for vehicle inspection report for insurance.Excellent and friendly service. Top class.

Took my vehicle there for a windscreen chip repair on Saturday morning, and they did it for me immediately. No hassle. Half an hour, and I was done. Just have a claim number ready when you get there if you're using your insurance to cover the cost.

You cannot get thought - just a voice message telling you how good they are!!! After 3 attempts of hanging on to listen to garbage for 3 minutes TIME - Guess what......THERE IS NO SERVICE

I phoned them for a quote , pane of glass 115cm x 43cm . I was impressed at the quote , didn't incl delivery and I nstallment..R151.00 , I can do without installing.I collected ....the pane of . glass . cut to the required measurements, 5mins later ,the glassvplane securely protected some bubble wrap , I was headed home. Hassle free collection.

I ordered a side window for my vehicle 14 months ago. To be specific last year March! I get non stop promises and excuses from them (including the manager there) as to why the window is not there as yet. I have to drive around for the last 14 months with no side window on the driver's side. What a disgusting disgrace. Never ever use them. They do not speak the truth and do not do their job. They are a disgrace to any industry and should not be in business because of the way they treat their so called customers and that is across the board in their Edenvale shop.

Would not recommend this branch. Reception lady is very rude and does not help. Requested the managers details and they flat out refused to provide his name or any details.

I ordered a mirror last month to be installed,and the guys came wow their job was great and they were amazing,problem encountered when Cambrey called to remind us to pay the balance and I told her that not be a problem,the guy with the business card will be here soon in at around 12 pm ,Yooh from there He’ll broke loose and she started telling me that she will order the guys to break the mirror and leave and I then told her that 95%of the money was paid why can’t she just wait for the scheduled time and she then said she does not have time for that ,the mirror needs to be broken and the guys needs to go ,I then personally told her that once the mirror is broken she will pay for it.The guy arrived before 12 and the money was paid.

I requested an appointment for 10am on a Saturday to which I was told I could only be helped at 8am. I was not informed it would be best to drop off my vehicle as the waiting time would be 2-3 hours. I waited for 2 hours before my car was even looked at. The excuse that I was given was that on weekends the store works with skeleton staff". My suggestion: looking into booking slots and adhering to them so that your customers don't have to wait for ridiculous times. As PG Glass you should already have a rough estimate of how long each car takes to service. Will not be visiting your site again."
