We paid a lot of money for a nail course, and the service was not provided as advertised. Throughout the course Nancy was abusive and insulting. When confronted with our dissatisfaction, Nancy blamed the student. She made no attempt to rectify the situation. Nancy places no value on her clients, and discuses her clients negatively with one another. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with Nancy’s attitude and her service.
