If you buy shoes here, note that if there is a problem with the shoes, you have a month to return them. It's not noted on your slip, neither is this advertised anywhere. Warning, where your shoes everyday, for the 1st 2 weeks, they will come loose

Hi yesterday i paid my layby balance and they gave me my product (heels).When i arrived at home and want to wear mi shoe only to find out that they gave me wrong shoe even the size was also wrong that was very bad .The staff are not well organised it also means that they do not double check customer order.I have to travell back to newcastle to do exchange.I am from ladysmith.Kindly assist what will going to happen because i need a feedback about this .
