I visited about 6 or 7 different jewelers to find a diamond and have a customer ring made. Daniella Jewellers were able to provide me with the most info about diamonds. They did not just explain the standard 4 C's to me, but went beyond this and explained all the other important things to look for which I had no idea about (no other jeweller provided this info!). Highly recommend visiting this store just to learn about diamonds.The diamond and final product were stunning and the quality of the ring is flawless. Thank you once again Danielle and Bobby!

Bobby and Daniella are amazing. I visited multiple jewellers looking for an engagement ring for my now fiance, and there level of service and genuiness was unmatched by anyone else.I was looking for a custom design with a relatively short time frame. Bobby and Daniella were extremely patient with me throughout the whole designing process. They gave me a rendered design to show me how the ring would look, and once I was happy with the design they even created a wax model of the design for me so I could see how the design would physically look.My fiance loves her ring, and the diamond and final product are stunning and the quality of the ring is flawless. Thank you once again Danielle and Bobby!

We are extremely happy with the engagement ring Danielle and Bobby designed and created for us. From the initial consultation to the time to collect the ring every step was stress free and the ease of communication between us all was effortless. Danielle and Bobby both work for what their clients desire to perfection and that's what they produced for us. Every step was explained without fuss or bother and it was just a great and comfortable experience to deal with them both. Not only was the workmanship at a premium they are both great people and after our first meeting I knew I didn't have to spend any time or effort speaking to any other jeweller. Both Abbey and myself are looking forward to returning to design our wedding bands with great confidence. We could not be happier with the engagement ring that Danielle designed and Bobby made for us. Although it took longer than expected, it was worth the wait and we could tell it was only done so they could deliver something of such high quality. We went in with my partners grandmother’s ring to get remodelled into an engagement ring. I love that I can take the ring back in to get it cleaned and checked - such a great service. Thank you Danielle and Bobby!

Daniella Jewellers has the best customer service of any jeweller I have been too! After being proposed to with my Mother-in-law's ring but having full permission to redesign it as my own, I went to numerous jewellers in Newcastle, Maitland, and Sydney to obtain quotes for my dream ring. The original ring was yellow gold with a diamond and small rubies, but I wanted the same design in platinum with purple sapphires . Many other jewellers said it could not be done which was very disheartening...But not Danielle and Bobby - they went above and beyond! They did all they could to ensure I had the ring that I wanted. Their communication was great and they were very accommodating of fitting me in at different times as I have to travel from Maitland. The price was also very reasonable and lower than a number of other quotes I had received. The ongoing care is also second to none.Thank you so much Danielle and Bobby for everything! I will be back soon for wedding bands!

When shopping around initially online, it felt suspicious to see a business with only 5 star google reviews! I am glad I went out of my way to meet Bobby & Danielle that following Saturday (along with other jewellers) and found an absolute gem of a business. They are professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. They know what is contemporary, what is practical and what looks good! They can bring your imagination into reality and will hold your hand along the way. We are comforted by the lifetime warranty and love the convenience of them being in the Sydney CBD.Bobby & Danielle, thank you both very much for your assistance. I highly recommend everyone seeing them due to their reliability, service and craftsmanship.

I first spoke to Danielle on the phone after calling multiple stores in search of a jeweller to make my fiancée's engagement ring. During our initial discussion I was immediately taken with her personality and professionalism - she really stood out from the rest. My first in-person meeting with Danielle and Bobby showcased their remarkable level of customer service and genuine interest to help design and create something special. From start to finish the entire process was really organic and the end result was more than I ever could have imagined. Bobby and Daniella are hands down the most amazing people we have had the pleasure of doing business with.14 years ago, we approached them to help with our wedding bands. But they were able to help with the engagement ring too, remodelling it to match the wedding band my wife had envisaged.My own memory is of Bobby spending hours with me on CAD, designing my ring in the exact proportions that I wanted, and then made a wax model for me to wear for the week to make sure I really liked it. I absolutely still love it and get compliments all the time.But the really amazing experience is that recently, after not having visited for over 10 years, I called to have our rings cleaned and replated. Danielle after hearing my name, without skipping a beat said, Leonard and Stephanie right".They are truly customer focused and design wonderful jewellery to boot. We have been recommending Daniella Jewellery to anyone we hear of that is getting married

I can’t recommend Daniella Jewellers enough! We happened upon Daniella by chance when we walked into their store in search of an engagement ring and wedding bands. We didn’t need to consider any other jewellers as Bobby and Danielle made us feel so comfortable right away, with great advice, beautiful custom design and craftsmanship and a manner that included us in every step of the way. Our rings were stunning and we could not have been happier.That was 15 years ago, and we love our rings as much as we did when we first got them. The aftercare service has never fallen short even after this time, we still visit regularly to get our rings cleaned and maintained - when Bobby is essentially gives me back my rings looking like they are new.Thanks Bobby and Danielle!
