Tyrese from RCM letting is the worst. Has no care in assisting for a simple viewing. I don't know if they treat all their clients the way he treated me or is that treatment only meant for certain people. WORST AGENT EVER!!If RCM Letting doesn't do anything about his behavior /attitude then they are the worst agency ever.

RCM Letting is a terrible company, when I moved in the place was dirty and I had to clean the unit myself. When I moved out they took 80% of my deposit for supposed repairs to the unit which cost a fortune and they charged for an early cancellation fee plus VAT whereas they state that you can give reasonable notice and leave. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs! If I could give a 0, I would.

Since day 1 I have had no joy with these guys., they advertise the house with a price then come the time to sign the lease they increase the price. The house we moved in was dirty and dusty nobody ever bothered to clean, but when you are moving out they will try and deduct money because you did not clean the house. And what I have mentioned is not everything of What I have experienced with these individuals. Guys if you know what is best for you I urge you to stay away from RCM LETTING
