Atmosphere calm and peaceful the center is actually quite nice. My gripe is with their contracts why don't they allow for month to month got injured last year and was still forced to pay even though I was physically unable to. I'm sure you guys can work out a plan for people to stay on and pay monthly instead. I think it's malicious.

The equipment is great. The staff are cool. But the weights section gets crowded and really hot. The aircons aren't even on most of the time and we die of heat in the weights section. Please put the aircons on there. Seriously. And the sanitizer doesn't even smell like sanitizer it's like water. Rather use proper sanitizer instead of having to close due to a covid outbreak!

It will stay on 1 star until you guys can get your communication right.I am still waiting for my 3 Months voucher.I called Thabo just after 8 am this morning. I called again at 16.30. I still haven't received a call back. I hope you guys will tolerate the same level of service from my bank when you want to take my debit order.
