Parking directly infront of the shop near the garage. Shop was looking clean and they had all the ice creams i wanted to get. No issue with the icecream

I ordered an ice-cream cake at CakesByZarreen. Firstly the service was wonderful. I have a 10 year old that knows what she wants...and nothing was a problem. We got a beautiful pink and blue bubblegum cake and little extras were added like her name and even a few items from her party theme which we didn't expect. The ice-cream was delicious! Thank you so much for making a little girl's day extra special!

On the 16th December, I bought ice creams from Gattis Honeydew. The shop was understocked, ordered 2 tubs of 5liter ice creams eventually, one opening the 1 at our event, we noticed that the ice cream appeared unusual, almost frozebite and short of alot of ice-cream as per pics.On mailing to the shop, I got a quick response from Zareen apologising but saying that a refund can not be given without proof. 1stly, if I find something unusual, I'm not putting it back into my freezer for hygiene purposes, and lastly, I'm not from the area, so not willing to drive 30km for R90 refund. We don't see eye to eye and appears, me, the customer will have to take a loss for poor stock freezing and for that I rate it 1star
