Didn’t enjoy it. ambiance was great, but service was lacking of attention. First few minutes they are all over you but then disappeared. We ordered bread for our starters and it never arrived (restaurant was still empty, so no excuses of being busy).Our main were… bland, honestly, almost as what I would cook on a Monday dinner.Lack of flavour depth although ingredients were of good quality. It shows lack of attention to fine details expected for those prices. Another disappointing italian restaurant in Cape Town. It felt like if you knew the owner (or he knew you are italian) you would get a better treatment.

Beautiful food and experience. Atmosphere is stunning. It is great to see the owners working in the kitchen as chefs, making each dish personally for you. On returning for another meal, the chef remembered us and how hot we like our chilli dishes. A hidden gem worth exploring.

What an incredible gem of a restaurant. The gay bar next door recommended it to us. They were 100% right.The ambience is a chill and glowing environment. The music is light and easy. You can easily hear conversations.The food was solid Italian seafood themed. I enjoyed the tagliatelle with burrata. My partner ate the special cray fish tail pasta. Our friend ate the squid ink pasta. We emptied our plates. The pasta is perfectly cooked and the seasoning is just right. (Pro tip: they have a great fresh chili sauce you can ask for if you like your food spicy.)The staff is very friendly and give you a genuinely intimate experience.Overall, I would highly recommend this.

Dinner only, reservation is a must. This tiny restaurant is authentically Italian with a focus on fresh seafood. The menu changes often to incorporate the best ingredients. Try the Limoncello Spritz to set the scene for a beautiful meal. We loved the bruschetta starter, prawn pasta, mushroom pasta and bouillabaisse. Wonderful, warm service.
