I purchased supplies from them only to find out that my contractor had ordered extra material, I asked if I could return the extra material and the service and attitude I received from the Manager in the Durban branch was terrible as he even tried to play smart and told me I had to return the material within 10 days of purchase but in the meantime it was only 6 days of purchase. It has been almost two weeks now and still waiting for my refund.

Not a welcoming showroom for End-users. I suppose it is more aligned to Trade customers. However the gentlemen behind the counter where really welcoming, patient and full of expert advice.

Terrible service, telephone lines are bad, can't hear the receptionist, no one answers after being transferred, still waiting for my quotation from Rekha, nothing seems to be working out there, I don't recommend their services, they need to go back to the drawing board & learn how to do business if they want to stay in business.
