We had the absolute pleasurer of dealing with Jade. Nothing was ever a problem for her. She gave us some great ideas, she even liaised with our builder whom she had never met in order to make sure everything went according to plan. Italltile NorthGate Cape Town is situated in a bussiness centre off the N1 High Way heading North from the CBD.Upon entry your immediately comforted with the layout and setting of items on display. The atmosphere is pleasing. The staff are friendly and ready to attend. They offer expert advice on every item and question. This was my experience. They do stock a wide range of upmarket accessories for your new house or renovations. They priced moderate to high.Ablution facilities are pleasing and well kept for personal use. Lots of parking and freely accessible for wheel chairs. On my review scale they score a 9.5

In 2 years I came here and buy tiles reguraly, service went from bad to worst. Telephone help always poor from sales people, on floor they do help you quickly. Every time in the past 2 years the service at despatch get slower and slower....today once again waited more then an hour in the sun. Sad that they have such good VERY EXPENSIVE tiles with such bad bad service. Maybe I must just move back to a better serviced cheaper tile place. Always had exceptional service at Tiletoria.

I cannot speak more highly of incredible agent, Jade Bedford. She was quick to respond to requests and queries, always accommodating and super helpful. Nothing was ever a problem to sort out. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Besides that, we adore the wall tiles and sink we got from Italtile. They look beautiful in our bathroom and it is such peace of mind to know that they have an industry defying 6-month return period, so you can order ahead of time to streamline your project. Would happily order from them again.
