Fantastic service, great atmosphere and friendly staff, food was great and coffee was absolutely delicious, big credit to our waitress Cindy c for the great service

The staff were not friendly or attentive. They did not acknowledge us and had to go to the staff for service. Food served was presented after it had cooled. It was disappointing considering that we are regulars at the Shelley Beach outlet.

The cake and Iced Tea was really nice. The chips with mayonaise was also incredible. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the service wasn't great: our waitress was quite laid back when it came to checking on us. But other than that we had a really nice experience.

The coffee as usual was good but i was disapointed that the savoury muffins were bacon and cheese and not plain cheese muffins (which a lactovegetarian could eat )The waitress too could do with abit more publicrelations training, I didnt appreciate the way she rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat the choice of muffinsYour lemon meringue is unbeatable, just a pity that the standard of service doesnt match up

Looks nice and modern. Very busy maybe to busy and not enough staff. We waited from more then 20 minutes to give our order and another few minutes to get our order. We can blame it on the festive time because the staff informed us they are only a few on shift that day. Otherwise the cake I had was nice and my coffee to. So all and all the problem is just the shortage of staff.

Tried to order Lemon meringue, carrot cake and a lemon poppy seed muffin... and they had none of them in stock, very disappointing.

We loved being here, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with my wife, though the place was a bit full but the food was out in decent time and everything but their boiled eggs tasted great!!

Service is mediocre, not very attentive as we had to keep asking to call our waitress. Maybe due to me having a bottomless coffee and them not wanting to give me a third cup. Look at how she just dumped my hot chocolate with it dripping down the side and no apology or anything, dumped and walked away. I would come back because its mugg n bean but no this mugg n bean.

Mugg and Bean is notorious for bad service and this one didn't disappoint. Hours for tea, no bread, not sure how Mugg and Bean stays open.
