Great shop, great staff online and in-person! We took a drive out from Cape Town and well worth the experience. Quentin was especially helpful and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond assisting and providing guidance about our upcoming trip. We'll definitely be making the drive out here again

What an incredible experience. Learnt so much practical and relevant info from Quinton and he didn’t try to sell unnecessary equipment but advised so unselfishly. What a legend. Superb assistance. If every shop functioned like this one SA would be pumping. What a special place and special person.

I bought a pair of hiking boots at Outdoor Escape after deciding to support a small business instead of the usual chain stores. Unfortunately one of the lace clasps broke a week before I was due to hike the Fish River Canyon. I had a warranty on the boots, and Outdoor Escape was quick to respond and contact the supplier for a replacement. They ended up replacing my boots on their behalf to make sure that I was sorted in time for my hike. Such great service and I'm so greatful that I decided to buy the boots from them. They really care about their customers and go that extra mile. Will definitely see me in the future.

I was looking for a specific pair of trail shoes, found them online at Outdoor Escape, ordered them online on Monday morning, was kept updated via email from the store, my item was delivered Tuesday morning before 8am, less than 24 hours delivery from CPT to JHB, shoes are exactly what I ordered, brilliant service, cheapest I found them online as well, will definitely use them again...really happy customer...
