Love this store, pity I can't go there all the time. Fresh cooked meals, shelves always packed, although I never seem to get 2.25L of Sprite Zero whe I go there

Telephone service very poor and had to visit the shop. Shop is very small due to a high number of people including the those buying online. Management of people need to be looked at.

Covenient location, but overcrowded with rude Sixty60 service representatives who has no consideration for other shoppers. Security lacking with various reports of theft and attemped highjackings.

Great store with great food service section. Disappointing staff more intent on chatting to each other than actually serving customers. Made what could have been a pleasant shopping experience quite frustrating. No management to be seen.

Needs a revamp. Grey Owl centre is dirty and unsafe. Potholes in parking area. I rather go to new generation stores like Irene.

Parking area doesn't feel safe. Checkers is neat and usually well stocked. Staff however seems sluggish and not very willing to assist. Check out takes forever even if it is just you in the que.
