Wendy is friendly, cheerful and full of good advice. Dogs can usually be accommodated on the day that you phone. Prices are reasonable too.

These people are amazing!!! Our dogs looked beautiful, they got big knots out of Kenzo’s matted coat which we were so pleased about! Both dogs were treated well. Highly recommend this Company!!!!!

I've taken our two miniature schnauzers for a grooming twice in the last few months. On both occasions, their grooming was excellent. The staff are friendly, and our dogs were treated well. Happy to support and recommend.

One of the only places in JHB who truly know how to cut Maltese. Staff are so sweet & my dogs always come back looking beautiful. Not mention they are extremely reasonable for a full groom, teeth clean & nails done. Highly recommend :)

Took my labradoodle there for the first time, and I asked them not to trim her head. When I picked her up I didn't recognize her...... they had cut her head short and the body uneven, she looked shocking...... I am not sure the staff are trained properly......

I took my dog there for a grooming and she was literally butchered by blunt clippers. She had serious injuries and had to be taken to the vet every second day for two weeks to have her dressings changed. The vet confirmed that the injuries were due to blunt clippers. I will never take my dog there again. All I got from the owner was an apology. She did not even offer to pay towards the vet bills which amounted to thousands of rands.

My dogs shave was completely uneven and not what we wanted and the shampoo they used was not rinsed off properly which left a residue on her fur. Unhappy with this service

We took our Pomeranians for a lion cut shave, I specifically asked for a short shave on the body. Unfortunately I sent someone else to collect them and only was that the dogs didn’t even looked shaved, but rather blown out. My dogs are black and in this heat they really need short hair. I reported to the receptionist lady and she was extremely rude, telling me off. This specific receptionist is never friendly, always looks dikbek en as if she hates her job. The attitude was unreal, I complained about the issue within 4 days. I was only able to take them back today, hence my call. I will never go back there again. There is a serious lack of customer service and a “get lost” attitude. Stay away! Its a very sad place with angry staff!

My mom reminded me of Dog Salon Bryanston as she took our childhood Border Collies there. About to take my two Border Collies for their third annual wash and trim (winter coats are coming off and our home brushing is not enough) to Dog Salon Bryanston. Our youngest is neurotic and a very scared girl and they are always so kind and patient with her. It is quite a process but I know she is in the best hands and comes out feeling much better.

I asked for just a clean and an ever so slight trim for my cat, but they shaved my long haired Ragdoll cat completely instead. The shave was extremely uneven (with some bleeds and sores) and my cat has been freezing for the last 2 weeks without any fur whatsoever. When I called she said there’s nothing she can do about it now, swore me and rudely slammed the phone down on me.Would never recommend or go back, unless you want to fetch your cat traumatised and fur completely shaved off, followed by hearing her swear repeatedly. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating. Pathetic to shave a cat completely for no reason and then to experience terribly excruciatingly frustrating customer service and behaviour from her.Please never consider this grooming parlour. They will never take fault or responsibility for anything, ruin your month and certainly won’t perform the job as expected.There are many other good, reliable others in the area.Good luck!
