Empty promises... been waiting for stock for 3 weeks while it was promised it will be available within 3 working days.

Very Spacious... can't even tell it's a shop showroom... it's like allllive...

Note their policy. I short 2 boxes to finish our job. After a week of waiting I received my 2 boxes from the depo. 1 box was the wrong tiles. Now that box must first be returned to their depo before the correct box can be returned to me.This means our job has has to wait another week at least before we can complete. I would think that since it was their mistake and not the customer's they could with ONE trip bring the correct box and then pick up the wrong box.I even proposed to pay and order the replacement box but and then to be credited when the swop is done. But then their policy of only accepting 10 boxes or more back for credit applies with a 15% handling fee.NEXT DAY:The team made an effort to sort it out. Thank you for your service.

Fine grade of tiles to choose from and the endless inspiration for that creative mind. The only downside is the instant unavailability of stock in the premises.

Poor service delivery, bought tiles and 5 broke, was willing to use the two broken boxes for off cuts, the guys can give me good ones of the three, but no, it seems no one is willing to help because I've cams to the shop to drop them off, they said I should go back home with them, now they want pictures, how professional is that?

Huge variety of stock ... Much better service than previous visits ... Staff helpful
