Love Luggage

I love my love luggage, my husband gave it to me as a Valentine gift.We had a problem in the luggage upon delivery, but the customer services were amazingly reliable and they were very honest and professional.It was a great experience buying from them. I will definitely by the rest set of the bags from this site.I highly recommend Delsiy luggeges. My previous bag was also Delsiy. They are very light, and very strong. The 4 wheels system is great, it make moving the bag very easy even when it is very full. I can even use it to put other bags on it. But the best is how the small bag fit perfectly and in a very secure way on the top of it.My old bag is still looking great.

Fantastic service from this seller! Handled my warranty with my Delsey bag that had a zipper issue. It is when problems arise and how a business deals with them to help customers out that shows true excellent customer service. Nice to see that good customer service is still around. Bought 2 pieces of luggage about 2 years ago and received what turned out to be excellent advice - very happy with the items. Also have just discovered their after sales is excellent - needed a new strap and received it in the post within a week - can't fault them!

Amazing customer service. I ordered my luggage last minute before an overseas trip, and they responded to my query on a Sunday in less than an hour (much to my pleasant surprise!), and all queries that same week just as promptly (thank you Gareth!). My luggage arrived within 3 days as I was told they would do everything they could to ship my order asap, which it was the next morning. I was also reassured that if my luggage didn't arrive I'd be able to return and receive a full refund. Very impressed and I would recommend their business to everyone. The luggage is great too, high quality at a great price.

The most horrible experience. The item received was not the one was ordered. The supplier was notified immediately and acknowledged his mistake. Unfortunately nothing was ever done despite promises to send a courier and pick up. Emails going nowhere and the phone is not answering… Essentially we have to say goodbye to the money we have spent.Be warned and don’t deal with this disreputable business!!!,
