I bought a key from this place and it work on my door it was the correct key number,took it back to them they cut it again but it still didn't work. They refused to give me my money back. I'm stuck with a key that doesn't work.

They don't deserve a star really... absolutely horrible experience. I spent more money returning keys that don't work on fuel. I'm gonna restrain myself from using foul language for now

Went here about 2 years back and the lady charged me a different price to cut the same key as another customer that just came in. When questioned, she realized she was caught out and came up with a BS excuse that the metals are different. So they look at you and determine what the price should be.

I should have checked the reviews of this place before purchasing from them. Horrible experience. Bought 3 remotes for our house at R240 each. An employee set the remotes up for us using our current working one, but neither of the 3 work. They were returned, as new, in their original packaging, with the original slip, yet they will not refund us due to their store policy.This seems incredibly unfair because either they sold us faulty remotes or they can resell them with no issues.
