Tonight as I was leaving a Perth venue Market grounds towards the outside exit, unprovoked I was kicked in the buttock by one individual who was in a group of men as well as pushed by an individual in the same group. As my back was turned towards the group and I was unable to identify a specific person,I proceeded immediately to let the bouncers know at the exit of the incident that occurred. I was then told that if I couldn’t identify a specific individual then no action was to be taken. I proceeded to explain the event and was visibly upset. With no support from the two security personnel who were right beside the incident, my partner approached the group to confront them. The group then split and left the venue. The bouncers and security did nothing to support, help or identify the individuals in the group. When asked if the security was able to identify the group the response to us was that if we weren’t able to “point them out” then nothing could be done. This was all within 5 minutes of the incident.The “security”Within your venue should be proactive in responding to any individual who feels threatened or states they have been mistreated.It is disgusting as a individual to be questioned about the integrity of my statement and to be almost laughed upon by security.I understand that the security within your venue are unable to “predict” incidents. More attentiveness should be taken to large groups of individuals and within your venue the security should promote the care and safety of individuals above all else.The security within the venue were within 5 meters of the incident but failed to notice.Is is apparent that your security within the venue are not committed to caring for others but merely to be there to promote themselves and for social gain.

At Embargo on NYD (yest) the young security guard was handing out toilet passes and because 1 girl lost hers she wasn't let back in. Another girl who wasn't even given a toilet pass was not allowed to get back in then she her friend was pushed and asked to **** off by the secutiry guard named Joe when she started filming what they were doing. A second security guard came over and started saying she was abusive and blocking the door when she justified her friend wasn't even given a security pass. As security you have no reason to push women over because of not having a scrabble" toilet pass. There was even another younger gentleman who was pointed fingers at and towered over then demanded him to leave. He wasn't even drunk. Embargo needs to review who looks after their clients instead of harassing them. There is some footage of this as well. If people buy drinks and eat food

Extremely disappointed in the conduct of Vault Security staff at a recent visit to The Breakwater at Hillarys.I observed three security staff forcibly eject a female patron from the venue and deposit them on the floor outside.I expressed my concern to their supervisor about their aggressive behaviour and they were quite dismissive and refused to provide their name or WA Police issued security ID number despite several polite requests.Very concerned as they appear to operate in groups and target people with no accountability.

By far the best security service within WA for Crowd Control and General Security needs. Management are next level with their leadership and policies and procedures. Vault hold contacts with some of the best venues across Perth and that shows their standards are quality.

SHAME, SHAME, SHAMELast Friday I attended the Aviary and was having a good time, until…………Several security persons from Vault Security approached our small group for no apparent reason and requested that we leave the premises. We were not acting in any anti-social manner and had not been causing any trouble at all.I had a fresh drink which had only just been purchased and I asked to either be allowed to finish it before leaving or obtain a refund. A reasonable request you would think. Apparently not, because at this point, a heavy-set female security person from your company lunged at me and forcefully grabbed the drink from my hand and smashed the glass to the ground without any regard for the safety of other patrons. This was a reckless, aggressive and unprovoked attack.We then moved toward the exit as requested and as I was making my way down the stairs a male security person also from Vault Security nudged me in the back. I believe this was a deliberate attempt to have me lose my balance to fall down the stairs. This same individual then attempted a foot sweep once I was off the stairs to again try to have me trip over. These actions were also reckless and unnecessary and could have resulted in serious injury.I feel you should investigate this with the Aviary and consider suitable disciplinary action towards those involved. The actions of some of your staff not only put your company in a bad light but, it also tarnishes the reputation of the venues your staff work at.

Got kicked out of the sewing room by security guard Callum for no reason leaving my girlfriend on her own. No complaianant, no explanation of dismissal, won't be going back. Incredibly disappointing experience, won't ever go back to the no scrubs 90s event that has been so good in the past.

Just saw your security guards outside embargo laying into a girl cause she was filming on her phone 5 security guards laying into a guy who was mouthing off at them. They pulled a shirt over his head and took him down the side and starting laying into him. On my watch that's assualt not security.

I was at the Breakwater in Hillarys in December 2022, quietly sitting minding my own business with friends. 3 security guards asked me to leave didn't give me a reason. 4 escorted me out!. Turned out theygot me mixed up with another lady of a similar description who was close by. However no apology from Vault or Breakwater management. What people need to know is that they don't have to justify their actions or give reasons for asking you to leave. I know this because I made a complaint to the police as they left bruises in my arms. And that's what the police officer told me. Throwing you out is totally at their own discretion and without accountability. And when you complain the only security CCTV they/and the police review is the moment they actually escorted you out they don't care whether you were just being civilised or carrying on like a pork chop. What the Security staff say and do to you gospel. You've no right to be told why they want you to leave. They just pluck you out like you're in Squid Games.
