Having my own Bed and Breakfast I used Gwenda's Laundry to launder my sheets and towels. I over the years have always found Pam and her team to be very accommodating to my requirements, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I have no problem in highly recommending Gwenda's Laundry

I received great service from Shaun and team. My clothes is fresh and clean. I brought a ton of clothing and bedding and Shaun happily assisted me. My clothes are fresh and has that wonderful clean smell, not something you would find at a laundromat. There were people quoting me insane prices to clean all my bundles. Shaun's prices are good. overall a happy client.

Don't use this laundry service. They have recently been taken over by new management. I got them to clean two down jackets I have and they completely ruined them. They don't know what they are doing. When the owner saw the jackets after they were returned to me he pretended that there was no problem in spite of it being blindingly obvious that the jackets are now unwearable. Stay clear.

The customer service when I arrived was not very friendly. I paid R65 for washing, drying and folding for one bag of laundry, which was okay. I could pick up my clean clothes the same day, and they were nicely cleaned. Not every clothing piece was nicely fold. When I picked it up, there was another lady and she was friendly.

Overall a really great experience, but one of my sweaters came back with a burn mark from the drying machine I’m assuming
