As the fitter to install the roller shutter doors i remember an empty space . Being on site now a few years later to give a estimate for annual servicing and i was amazed at the sight , a clean and orderly workshop , reception with a vibrant smile and people who take time to listen ... good work guys !!!

Have always done business with Parts department and overall 4 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately only supported service centre (At the back) once and because of their dishonest behavior I will not support you guys ever again. (score them 0 out of 5). Had 5 injectors from (Running) Ford Ranger 3.2 that I wanted to get tested. Paid the required quoted test fees of R1500 up-front. 2 Days later received call from Rustenburg Turbo Diesel that (they) are unable to test my injectors because their equipment is broken, but they can sent it to Klerksdorp to get tested, would I mind waiting couple of days? (No extra fees) Almost 2 weeks later received another call stating that injectors would require R21 000 for repairs. (R5000 more than new ones with NO warranty as per sign at office - 'No warranty on any repairs performed'. Considering that brand new OEM injectors out of the box with warranty cost R16 000 at GW for (5), I requested that injectors be returned with report stating that they are faulty. Another week later, when I went to pickup the faulty injectors with report I was told that I need to pay an additional R1100 before I can receive injectors and report back. Extremely dodgy behavior at the least.
