Service excellence personified. Everyone from the Guard to the CE was friendly and professional. I received an exceptional Sales experience led by Peter Kruger. Also witnessed a good Team culture as I had to spend a number hours at the dealership as I opted to wait for traffic to clear before riding my new Tiger home.

Doesn't feel like a dealership, more like a pub where the barkeep knows your name and gets you a drink.Service has always been good, place is clean and well stocked. Triumph goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable....unlike the clique atmosphere you get at a Ktm dealership

Broke down with a clutch issue with my bike (not a Triumph) near the Triumph shop. I managed to make my way to them and they assisted me by bleeding the clutch and getting me on the road again. All of this was done in such a professional and friendly manner and at no charge which is unbelievable.Thank you so much guys, I will be singing your praises to all and sundry.

Just the place to be..... Parts people helped us spot on.... Sales people should not judge person by looks..... Just sitting behind desks don't sell Triumph... If was not the Brand they would sell nothing.Thanks for partsPeople could walk in and buy 2 bikes just as they love the brand ..

I‘m riding my swiss tiger 800 xcx from capetown to kairo. In joburg i thought i had a problem with my battery. Within 30‘ they checked my whole bike and found the problem… the starter.Emergency surgery on my bike was done on a friday afternoon.The mechanics are excellent and the crew makes you feel part of the family.I wish i had more time to do my service there as well.Again… top location!!!!
