Arrived with very short nails and left feeling like a million dollars. Thank you ladies for always being so warm, welcoming and accommodating.

Had my nails done. Staff super friendly and informative. The facial was out of this world. With a surprise added foot massage.My skin also looked and felt fantastic after.Well priced as well. I will be back.

A lovely place and friendly service.But I have gone back twice because nails keep falling off!! Now another nail has fallen off. Thank you Charmaine for coming to the rescue. The new set is beautiful and lasted.

Just awful! The service recieved from the one of the staff members was laid back and unfriendly, as though I was interrupting her day.Massage room wasn't really clean nor exuded the ambiance that a massage room generally has. Whats worse, the therapist" simply lathered the oil onto the body and had no consistency of technique. I know this for a fact given that I have a massage done monthly at the best establishments in KZN. To top it off

Friendly service. Happy with my gel overlay. Nail technician is a perfectionist who works gently, takes care when soaking gel as not to compromise the nails and is creative & talented with doing nail art. Provides break-down of cost. Booking system could be a bit better though with booking reminders beforehand. Unfortunately the location of the salon is a bit hidden & claustrophobic. Also, different nail accessories and skills are recommended without mention of extra costs until the end when it comes to paying. Need to be more upfront about how much things will cost when suggesting extra things like rubber base, building a nail, nail art etc. Otherwise, overall happier with the service here than the other salon at Eden.

They were all friendly, When it comes to eyebrow waxing and Tinting the Owner knows exactly what she's doing. I'm usually very picky. They also did my Nails and it was done Profesionaly and not rushed.Was there for the first time and will definitely return.Way better quality than Sorbet.

The most horrible experience ever. If you have wikideals voucher, please do not waste your precious time and money. We had booked a 2 hour spa, and we were out in 1 and half hour, none of the services were good. The massage was only okay, the pedicure promised was only nail paint, regarding foot massage, don't even get me started there was hardly any and no foot mask. Please avoid this service, if there was a possibility I would have not given any star.------------------------------------------------------------This review is in response to the reply that the owner gave- We entered the salon at exactly 1pm and the massage only started at 1.30pm, which means first of all, you guys were not punctual. So the waiting time on your salon is counted in the 2 hour spa? This is the most ridiculous explanation I have heard ever. Plus, you must please ask your consultants, I asked them why my mask was not done and massage was not done, and she said I did it, when we were left with so much time, why couldn't she do it properly, she massaged the feet for exactly 30 seconds. And by the way, a pedicure means atleast filling, soaking and removing dead skins, what she did was hardly any of that. One more point, I was not happy when I left, your consultants knew very well. I am sorry but your response has made my experience even worst.

From the location, to the quality of the treatments and just the overall quality of the Toned&Polished experience, this really is the perfect spa. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful, and they pay really close attention to providing the best personalized experience for their clients. Really can't wait to go back and have some more treatments!

The top-rated beauty salon is undoubtedly Toned & Polished, where I've received multiple treatments, all of which have been five-star experiences! I only wish I could review them more than once. My latest visit was for an incredible peel, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service and friendly staff. The salon creates a relaxing atmosphere, leaving you feeling revitalized upon departure. Plus, the free underground parking is a bonus, with the entrance located nearby. Making it super convenient. I absolutely adore Toned & Polished and want to express my sincere gratitude to the ladies.
