Vegan Gluten Free Bake Delights

Celest is the sweetest person in the world and her cakes are SO beautiful and tasty- can’t believe there are guilt free!

My rating is due to service and communication as well information. My son has allergies very few if any provide such a service for baking. The products are wonderful but there is a lot of room for improvement on customer service.My experience has not been the same as other reviews. Maybe because I am not in the JHB area. I find communication and delays an issue. Information on the website about deliveries for example. I’ve shown understanding when there has been delays in stock etc and even after receiving my bday order late in the evening in sept and having to ask for updates I decided to give this another shot for December. As much as my son needs the products Celeste can improve how she coveys information and her customer skills. I have screen shots of Facebook and messages and I thought it’s not worth it. When you take care of your clients you will get continued support. I am very disappointed the delays, lack of communication and I am pretty sure I was overcharged for delivery in sept delivery was far less, the narrative changed as to why delivery was arranged then. Again products are great the service for me is not good .
