I took my shoe back 4 times for glueing and it still opened up after 1 day. Sick and tired of calling. I spent more petrol going to this place than cleaning and glueing

I'll never go here again. I would've saved time and money washing my shoes myself. I took two pairs in on Friday and was promised they'd be ready on Sunday. Wednesday rolls around and I had heard nothing.I went in to collect and one pair was full of orange marks and stains, while the other pair hadn't been stitched. I don't know what actual cleaning was done, because my shoes looked like they'd barely had a wipe.The kicker was being harassed for a tip as I was leaving. Here's a tip: do better.

Customer service was great, they were very friendly and helpful. Shoes are looking brand new! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable shoe cleaning or colour restoration service.

These people are useless.They say they can repair a strap which needed to be glued. But sent it to a different place to be stitched. Sandals came back in terrible condition and damaged even further. Extremely untidy job as well. Took over a week to get shoes back. Didn't even get an sms when they were ready. I would not recommend this company at all. Krispy Kicks on the Bluff is worth the drive, but you know you're getting a quality job done!

Good service but the pricing is too much for what you actually get , I took my shoes for a wash and they came out not even clean , suggest going to a different shoe place to get your Trekkies cleaned - NOT WORTH IT
