Whatever could go wrong did. Incorrect quantity shipped from Natal, bubbles and bumps from the more expensive underfelt, poorly painted skirting which I had to get them to redo with my own paint after sanding with my sandpaper and an offcut edged in a much darker colour than the actual carpet. This on top of time delays on several occasions. So a job that should have taken one morning to do, ended up being 4 separate visits. Charmaine and Sean who run the branch are great people, but sadly too many things went wrong. I'm simply going to leave the one ridge running down the one edge, as the thought of them having to remove the skirtings and lift the carpets yet again is just too much to bear.
