Excellent service from Rob. Came out on time, described everything he was doing and showed me the damaged parts. Unfortunately my old machine wasn't worth fixing but he helped me with what to look out for in a new machine. Great service.

We ordered and paid for a small part for our De Longhi coffee machine and were assured it would come through in a couple of weeks. Nothing. A couple of months later I was told by Robin Webb that he was still waiting for the part. Now, several months later we have still heard nothing. What kind of business behaves like this repeatedly such that several customers complain? Perhaps we should have guessed from the state of his business premises that he operates out of total chaos. Small business success relies on three things: Quality, price and service. If you can't meet those three then you may as well forget it and go home. We are not amused.

Fast and Reliable!My De'Longhi Dishwasher stopped working but was under warranty, De'Longhi put me in touch with Select Appliance Repairs and Robin was able to visit quite quickly, had the part required in his van and the washer was working within an hour of his arrival. He also explained the issue and gave advice on preventing it in the future.
