Weird as it may sound, I had never went to Nando's before. Even when I had the chance to order it online, it was never an option. I decided to give it a try. Wraps are my let's try" food and it was tasty. Chicken was juicy and so were the vegetable filling with that Nando's hot sause that just sealed it off. I loved the service too. Great atmosphere

I ordered online and they had gotten my order wrong. When I let them know, the manager Richard was very helpful and quick to send me another full meal! Amazing service!

Will never visit Nandos Melville again. The good was terrible ordered a prego burger that was dry, the bun was stale , the chips tasted stale. The service is pathetic. Manager got attitude problems. I would highly discourage anyone from going to this specific nandos.

Very disappointed with my order today. This is my Nando’s franchise of choice and I’ve always been happy with their service and food until today. I ordered peri peri chips but received plain chips, my chicken was dry and flavourless, I requested extra sauce but there was not even a drop of sauce, no butter with the roll. It’ll be a while before I order here again.

This is my favourite place of lunch almost everyday. Everything is divine here apart from the wifi, which has been down for months now.

I always buy my lunch from this nandos. But today I was served by Thandi, she gave me an attitude and was so rude. I’m really disappointed but the food is always nice.

The store is really beautiful, the decor inside is exquisite but the service I received was far from the being as beautiful as the place. The doors were open, it was past the normal opening time as boldly written on the doors but I and other customers were turned away being told the store is still closed
