Told that it would take around 20 minutes for the tracker to be put in the car, it took over an hour for nothing to be put it. I received little to no updates along the way, and had to go back the next day to finally get the tracker put in.The parking situation is a mess, and I was constantly being asked to move my vehicle and then getting parked in.Not impressed with the service I received.While I was there, multiple people also had to take their keys, leave, and make an appointment for another day as they were late for work.

Very unprofessional. They did my towbar on my new car it is just over 2 week's old, and they damaged my car keys and the didn't even but the bumper on correctly and also don't now what els they damaged, now they don't what to take responsibility for what they did and now I also don't now if the wiring is done correct or if it is isolated correctly, now I need to take it somewhere else to make sure every thing is fine, the have now respect for there clients property, so please be careful taking your car to EFC Hartfield. If EFC have been fitting tow bars for decades why can't they fit the bumper correctly and they had decades of training? How many clients property have EFC damaged over the decades? Thats very bad workmanship.

Had to keep car overnight due to wrong part, this wasn't an issue. However at 11am the next day I called to check on the progress. Then got a call 15 minutes later to say the car needs to be collected before 12 as they are closing at 12. Google stated they are closing at 4 or 5pm. As we stay 45 minutes and was not informed about the closing at 12 till I called we quickly got the baby ready and left ASAP. We were 10 minutes late only to have to wait another 40 minutes for the car. Only one guy was wearing his mask and it really felt unsafe from a covid perspective.

I had VPS" protection done on door handles and door floor panels on my vehicle. Comparitive quotation from VPS Fitment Centre is about 60% cheaper."

They apparently applied Auto Armor to my vehicle. Received my vehicle back with a huge scratch and it seemed like the vehicle was imply washed. Trying to get them to pay for the scratch in the vehicle has been a nightmare. Unprofessional to say the least.

It is a very well organized and professional institute. I can strongly recommend them to anybody that wants to make use of their services. Dankie always goes out of his way to assist. The workshop is very tidy and clean. The staff is is bet friendly and knowledgeable

Terrible service, poor workman ship and very unprofessional. Firstly they installed a faulty system in my car. Secondly they left one of my door handles out of the socket. They then left one of their tool kits in my car and made me go back to them to return their kit. The system then didn't work again and I took it in again and they told me it was fixed. Finally today I tried to lock my car and the alarm set but didn't lock any of my doors so off I go again back to EFC to fix it for the 3rd time wish me luck.

The service is amazing, I have been here 3 times originally to install a alarm into my car. They might take a bit long. But they definitely take pride in their work. Today I came back because something seemed to have gone wrong they replaced the unit and even put my wallet which I left in my car in their safe. One of the workers came out to come give me a little pep talk about it as well. No money was missing.I would use EFC for all my vehicles electrical needs always. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Took my Toyota Quantum there for tracker fitment around March and got noise on the dash after that, today I have decided to check the cause of the noise, guess what, the mechanism that is connected to fresh air vent control knob was broken and they didn't say a word to me. This is not right, I will escalate the matter to Tracker SA.
