I won't recommend this salon to people especially for natural hair. The staff are extremely rude, they insulted people including me and humiliate people thinking that they are better than other people. I have a sensitive 4c natural hair and I asked them in a nice manner not to combed my hair too hard and not put to much heat ,but they did not listen and did whatever they wanted to do . I hated the way they combed my hair, they were not gentle, they combed it so hard that my hair started to break. I am so dissatisfied. I won't come here again and thanks for ruining my day

Whoever answers the phone is highly unprofessional and seems disinterested in assisting you. I wanted to try this salon out but from the treatment I received over the phone, I am not so sure.
