Love this V.A RED gym. Friendly helpful staff.... Smaller than the virgin active health clubs .but just as good. Just without pools, and steam room.. But much cheaper . Equipment is good... Showers etc good...very neat and clean

The cancelation process was an absolute nightmare.The salesperson initially lied about the costs involved in canceling my membership. The managers were just as incompetent and couldn't provide any answers.The gym is OKAY at best.

Lovely gym! Clean, well equipped and staff are friendly and welcoming. Sakhile is very helpful and always goes the extra mile.

Water not on , airconditioning doesn't work . There seems to be an issue every time you go there . They seem to get upset if you forget your sign in card at home once in a blue moon . The gym tends to get very busy in the evenings but this common with all gyms and the few good machines that are there are almost always occupied . They really remind you that you are paying a lower premium compared to the other gyms.On the plus side they do tend to keep the gym very clean , installed some TV's to watch for during rest breaks , cardio classes do look well planned .Gym equipment is kept from mediocre to good condition

The ludus, the grounds where we sweat and bleed for a higher reward than is usual.The environment is great, suitable for all types of people.
